Since co-founding Devenports with James in 2021, Aaron has helped turn a bold idea into one of the area’s fastest-growing independent estate agencies. With more than 16 years in the property industry, he combines a wealth of experience with an unwavering drive to constantly raise the bar.
Meticulous in his preparation and passionate about developing people, Aaron believes great businesses are built by investing in others. Whether it’s mentoring the next generation of agents, refining systems behind the scenes, or helping clients achieve the best possible outcome, his attention to detail and relentless standards are at the heart of everything he does.
A natural leader with an infectious enthusiasm for the industry, Aaron is fiercely passionate about Devenports, the people within it, and the community it serves.
Away from the office, you’ll most likely find Aaron beside a lake with a fishing rod in hand, pursuing his love of carp fishing. At home in Teddington, he’s a proud husband and father to his son, Charlie, while Eric the tortoise also keeps the family entertained.
James co-founded Devenports alongside Aaron in 2021, bringing a unique blend of commercial experience, strategic thinking, and innovation to the business. Born and raised in the Richmond Borough, he has been instrumental in shaping the company’s growth, most notably building the lettings division from the ground up to a portfolio of more than 350 managed homes.
Before entering estate agency, James enjoyed a successful career in sports marketing, leading technology partnerships and managing deals worth hundreds of millions of pounds with organisations including the Premier League, Microsoft, Oracle, and Team GB. That commercial background continues to give Devenports a fresh, forward-thinking approach in an industry that never stands still.
Known for his intelligence, sense of humour, and ability to think differently, James is always looking for the next opportunity to improve, innovate, and challenge the norm. He brings a modern edge to estate agency, balanced with a genuine commitment to people and relationships.
Away from work, James is a proud family man, an avid runner with four marathons under his belt, having recently completed his latest challenge. Breaking the three-hour barrier remains unfinished business, with next year’s London Marathon firmly in his sights. He’s also a lifelong West Ham supporter and, depending on who you ask, believes injuries may well have been the only thing standing between him and a World Cup appearance.
With more than 20 years in estate agency, Chelsea has seen just about everything the property industry can throw at her—and if there’s a problem to solve, she’s usually already working on the solution. A hugely experienced operator, Chelsea excels in client care and team management, combining exceptional organisation with a calm, proactive approach that keeps transactions moving and clients feeling supported throughout the process. Her ability to build strong relationships, manage complex situations, and bring out the best in those around her makes her an invaluable part of the Devenports team.
Before heading off on maternity leave, Chelsea was instrumental in the development and launch of Devenports’ Twickenham office, helping put the people, processes, and infrastructure in place that have since seen it become the town’s leading agent within just 18 months of opening.Recently welcoming her second child into the world, Chelsea is now proudly navigating life as a mother of two. Balancing family life and a busy career is nothing new to her, and she approaches both with the same energy, determination, and positivity.
Away from work, Chelsea loves a country music playlist, thrives on a bit of healthy competition, and while she may be one of the friendliest faces in the office, don’t be be fooled—she packs a punch when it comes to getting things done.
After 14 years working in agency across the Richmond Borough, Ryan has built a strong reputation for his local knowledge, honest advice, and ability to deliver outstanding results for his clients. There isn’t a road he doesn’t know! He has an in-depth understanding of the local market and the communities that make the area such a desirable place to live.
Most recently, Ryan took over the Sales department of the Devenports’ Teddington office and has enjoyed a hugely successful first year, helping establish the branch as the town’s top two agent on all the notable metrics. His proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to providing an exceptional client experience have been key to the office’s rapid success.
Away from work, Ryan & his wife have recently welcomed their first baby girl into the world, making life busier—and more rewarding—than ever. A lifelong Arsenal supporter, he enjoys following the highs and lows of the football season and never misses the chance to talk sport. He has also travelled extensively around the globe, with very few places left on his bucket list, and loves experiencing different cultures and meeting new people.
Known for his outgoing personality and sense of humour, Ryan likes to keep things relaxed and enjoyable wherever possible, while always knowing when it’s time to get serious and deliver for his clients. He’s also a keen follower of fashion and enjoys keeping up with the latest trends—sometimes a little too enthusiastically for the office dress code conversation!

With over 16 years of estate agency experience across London, Jessie brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and expertise to Devenports. Formerly a Board Director at one of London’s largest—and previously fastest-growing—lettings agencies, she has played a key role in shaping successful teams and delivering exceptional results throughout her career.
As the driving force behind the growth of Devenports’ Lettings Department, Jessie has overseen its expansion while remaining a constant source of support for both colleagues and clients alike. Known affectionately as the company’s own personal agony aunt, she is always on hand with advice, encouragement, or a listening ear whenever it’s needed.
A loving wife and mother, Jessie is quite literally Mrs Devenports and the inspiration behind the company’s name. Never one to miss a hair appointment, she brings warmth, personality, and a touch of glamour to the office. She also loves nothing more than creating the perfect seasonal display, ensuring her home always reflects the time of year—whether that’s Christmas, Easter, Halloween, or anything in between.
Combining extensive industry experience with genuine care for people, Jessie is at the heart of the Devenports family and plays an integral role in the company’s continued success.
Born and bred in Teddington, Tom is about as local as they come. Having attended Collis School and spent his life in the area, it’s no surprise that many know him as “Mr Teddington”. While Teddington will always be home, Tom has also worked across every major town in the Richmond Borough, giving him an exceptional understanding of the local lettings market and what makes each area unique.
As Lettings Branch Manager, Tom has played a key role in the growth of the business, almost single-handedly doubling the lettings portfolio and helping drive the continued expansion of the department.
Many may also recognise him from Devenports’ social media channels, where his now-infamous appearances as “the man in the shower” helped kick-start what has become a hugely successful online platform.
Away from work, Tom recently purchased his first home with his partner, marking the start of an exciting new adventure together. Whether he’s advising landlords, helping tenants find the right property, or sharing his latest local insight online, his passion for the area shines through in everything he does.
With more than 25 years of estate agency experience, Nina is widely regarded by clients, solicitors, and fellow agents as one of the very best sales support managers in the business. Calm under pressure, relentlessly proactive, and exceptionally organised, she has rescued countless transactions that others may have given up on.
Having grown up in Old Isleworth and St Margarets, where she still lives today, Nina brings a wealth of local knowledge alongside decades of industry expertise. Around the office she’s affectionately known as the team’s “mum”—always looking after colleagues, keeping deals on track, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
If you ask anyone who’s worked with Nina, they’ll tell you the same thing: she genuinely cares. Her outstanding Google reviews are a reflection of the dedication, reassurance, and support she gives every client throughout their move.
Away from work, Nina loves nothing more than spending time with her family… although if you know her well, you’ll know it’s almost impossible to persuade her to put the work phone down for long.
Danielle brings over 10 years of estate agency experience and has built an exceptional reputation throughout her career. A former top negotiator at one of London’s largest estate agencies, she consistently delivered outstanding results for her clients.
Since joining Devenports, Danielle has made a huge impact on the business. Her creativity, drive and attention to detail have helped shape the Devenports brand, from contributing to our marketing and social media presence to delivering exceptional results on the front line, still referred to today to the junior members of the team as the benchmark. During a record-breaking year, Danielle personally exchanged more than £630,000 in revenue, earning a Gold Plaque that proudly hangs in our Teddington office in recognition of her achievement.
Danielle is currently enjoying maternity leave with her and Ryan’s young daughter, and whilst we’re certainly missing her around the office, we can’t wait to welcome her back to the team.
Away from property, Danielle has an incredible creative streak. Whether she’s travelling the world, capturing moments through photography or producing artwork that genuinely has to be seen to be believed, she’s always creating something special.
Rosie joined Devenports in 2024 and has been nothing short of a revelation. Loved by clients and the team alike, her incredible organisation, relentless work ethic, and brilliant sense of humour have made her an indispensable part of the business.
Often described as the person who keeps the wheels turning, Rosie has transformed the way Devenports operates behind the scenes. From introducing innovative systems and processes that have increased the team’s capacity, to keeping the business compliant, organised, and one step ahead, her impact is felt every single day.
Whether it’s ensuring every property looks its absolute best before launch, or making sure nothing falls through the cracks, Rosie has an eye for detail that’s second to none. As a qualified makeup artist, she brings an extra level of creativity and precision to everything she does.
Outside of work, Rosie loves her dogs and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, bringing the same warmth and energy to her personal life as she does to the team.

A proud London Irishman, Carter is Devenports’ very own jack of all trades. Whether it’s sales, lettings, organising an EICR, or packing down at the centre of a scrum, if something needs doing, Carts is your man.
Early in his career but already with experience across every department at Devenports, Carter has gained a unique understanding of both sales and lettings, giving clients well-rounded advice whatever their property goals.
Carter played an important role in the growth and establishment of the lettings department before making the move into sales, where he is now a key part of the rapidly expanding Teddington team. Combining strong local knowledge, boundless energy, and a willingness to get stuck in, he has quickly become a valued member of the business and a familiar face to clients across the area.
Away from work, Carter is a big family man who values spending time with his nearest and dearest. Whether he’s helping clients move home, supporting his teammates, or turning out on the rugby pitch, he brings the same enthusiasm and team-first mentality to everything he does.
Not so long ago, Luke was the newest recruit at Devenports. Fast forward a short time, and he’s already knocking on the door of management. The future of Devenports? We certainly think so.
It’s rare to come across someone with such an infectious attitude, unwavering positivity, and a level of maturity well beyond their years. Despite being early in his career, Luke has quickly earned a reputation for his professionalism, work ethic, and ability to build genuine relationships with clients.
In over 16 years in estate agency, Aaron ranks Luke among the top three young agents he’s ever worked with in terms of talent and potential – a statement that’s backed up by the exceptional results Luke has achieved in his first six months, along with outstanding feedback from both buyers and sellers.
Away from the office, Luke’s priorities are simple: his girlfriend, the gym, golf… and then cars (in that order, of course). As for his sense of humour? It doesn’t always land – but at just 20 years old, we’ve got every confidence he’ll get there eventually.
Leon has represented some of London’s leading fashion houses in photographing dozens of high end campaigns. Leons true passion however has always been in property and transitioned into both the staging and photography of some of surreys finest homes north of the £5m mark. A chance meeting between Aaron & Leon, led to Devenports acquiring his services and through his keen eye for the detail, industry leading virtual & physical staging our sellers have been able to hugely benefit in terms of the responses their homes receive from the public.
Our very own South African Superstar, Savannah has been a revelation since joining our ranks to head up the social media side of our creative team. There no escaping it, the way the public consumes data, news & shops is so Instagram focused now we are proud to boast a following greater than any of our local competitors which in turn has allowed us put greater eyeballs and exposure on our clients home- Savannah has been instrumental in this.
Before joining Devenports, Mollie spent 16 years with BP, one of the world’s largest businesses, where she held a variety of roles spanning data management, operations, and team training. That wealth of commercial experience, coupled with an exceptional eye for detail, has made her an invaluable part of the Devenports team.
If organisation had a name, it would probably be Mollie. Calm under pressure and endlessly dependable, she’s the person keeping Aaron and James on the straight and narrow. As their PA, she somehow manages two busy directors, countless moving parts, and a never-ending to-do list without ever seeming to break a sweat.
Her incredible work ethic, commercial experience, and ability to juggle a hundred things at once make her the organisational backbone of the business. Whether it’s keeping the directors one step ahead, supporting the wider team, or making sure nothing slips through the cracks, Mollie is the glue that holds everything together.
Away from work, Mollie is a proud mother of three and recently married her long-term partner. Family time is her favourite time, and when she’s not keeping Aaron and James in line, you’ll usually find her making memories with the people she loves most.
Natasha brings a unique blend of intelligence, determination, and people skills to the Teddington sales team. A qualified nurse with a First-Class university degree, she has built her career on understanding people, communicating effectively, and staying calm under pressure—qualities that serve her clients exceptionally well.
Known for her ability to build genuine rapport, Natasha is both goal-driven and refreshingly straightforward. She isn’t afraid to speak her mind, always putting her clients’ interests first while maintaining the honesty and professionalism that have become her trademark.
Natasha played an instrumental role in Hamptons’ record-breaking 2025 and has brought that same drive and expertise to the continued growth and success of Devenports’ Teddington sales team.
Away from work, Natasha loves a good party, never says no to a snack, and is famously difficult to fluster. Her positive energy, resilience, and people-first approach make her a favourite with both colleagues and clients alike.
Matthew is as well travelled as he is talented and draws inspiration within his biography from his time travelling Europe and working for some Italy’s most highly regarded & renowned interior & furniture brands. This has enabled Matthew to deliver a feel & finish to his work which our clients and buyers / tenants alike simply love. Never before in estate agency have I seen buyers ask for a copy of the photographs post purchase, which is a sure sign as to the quality of Matthews work.
Chris is one of the driving forces behind Devenports’ continued growth and, in our eyes, a future partner in the making. Leading the Twickenham office, he has consistently exceeded expectations, building a high-performing team, maintaining exceptional standards, and ensuring the office is always one step ahead.
An award-winning Sales Manager, Chris has built an outstanding reputation throughout his career, earning recognition for both the highest number of units sold and the highest banked commission at one of London’s leading estate agencies. His results speak for themselves, but it’s his leadership, consistency, and ability to bring the best out of those around him that really set him apart.
Known for his calm approach, commercial mindset, and relentless drive, Chris is as passionate about developing people as he is about delivering exceptional outcomes for his clients. Away from work, Chris is a devoted uncle who takes great pride in being part of his nieces’ and nephews’ lives as they grow up. Away from work, Daisy has a serious case of wanderlust and is steadily working her way through an ever-growing travel bucket list, with an African safari sitting firmly at the top. She’s also a proud Chelsea supporter and loves nothing more than spending weekends catching up with friends – preferably somewhere with good food and a bit of sunshine.
Jess may be one of the newest faces at Devenports, but she brings a refreshing energy and genuine passion for helping people move. Having worked across both sales and lettings during her time in the Richmond Borough, she has quickly developed a well-rounded understanding of the local property market.
Before estate agency, Jess had a very different career training young racehorses. After one injury too many, she swapped the stables for property – and hasn’t looked back since. The resilience, work ethic, and people skills she developed along the way have made the transition a natural one.
Friendly, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile, Jess enjoys building relationships with clients and making what can often be a stressful process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Away from work, Jess loves trying her hand at new hobbies, whether that’s a game of tennis, painting, or a spot of shopping. Most importantly though, she enjoys making memories with her friends and family whenever she gets the chance.
Holly joined Devenports this year, bringing with her a fantastic attitude and a real passion for property. Having started her career as a trainee negotiator with another local estate agency, she quickly worked her way up to become a Sales Negotiator in just over a year—a reflection of her drive, willingness to learn, and natural ability to build relationships with people.
Friendly, approachable and full of enthusiasm, Holly loves getting stuck in and helping buyers and sellers through what is often one of the biggest decisions they’ll ever make. She’s already become a valued member of the Devenports team, and we’re excited to see where her career takes her.
When she’s not at work, Holly is happiest spending time with her family or taking her beloved dog out on adventures. She also loves discovering new restaurants, is qualified in aesthetics and beauty, and enjoys keeping up with the latest trends—proving she has an eye for detail both inside and outside the workplace.
Football fans may remember the day Sol Campbell famously said he was staying at Spurs, only to join their North London rivals shortly after. George made a similarly headline-grabbing move of his own, moving from one local / very well-known high street ‘competitor’, and has been writing his own success story ever since.
Both ARLA and CePAP qualified, George has firmly established himself as a reliable and knowledgeable Assistant Lettings Manager. He’s been putting the “LET” in lettings from day one, combining industry expertise with a calm, professional approach that landlords and tenants alike value.
His impact was felt almost immediately. Within his first few months at Devenports, George helped deliver back-to-back record-breaking revenue months for the lettings team, setting new benchmarks that had never previously been achieved.
Known for his attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done properly, George has become a trusted part of the team and a key contributor to the continued success of the lettings department.
Away from the office, George enjoys spending time on the golf course, keeping active in the gym, and exploring the local food scene. If there’s a new restaurant worth trying, chances are George has already booked a table.
At just 19, Liam is right at the beginning of his career, but you would never know it from the way he carries himself. Mature beyond his years, confident with people and always willing to get stuck in, he has already made a brilliant impression since joining Devenports this year.
He also showed his commitment from day one, cycling to and from the office without ever letting it faze him. That same energy, determination and positive attitude have quickly made him a popular addition to the team.
Before moving into estate agency, Liam worked as a bar manager and spent much of his working life in customer-facing roles. As a result, he is naturally personable, approachable and comfortable speaking with people from all walks of life. Making people feel welcome and at ease comes very naturally to him.
Away from work, Liam loves sport, football and keeping active in the gym. He is also at his happiest socialising with friends or heading away on one of the boys’ trips, which are rarely as relaxing as they are advertised.
Yasmin has made an incredible impact since joining Devenports, agreeing an impressive 64 sales in her first six months with the business. Her energy, determination, and natural ability to build relationships have quickly established her as a key member of the Teddington sales team.
Before moving into estate agency, Yasmin was a fully qualified swimming instructor at Wentworth Golf Club, coaching and developing swimmers of all ages and abilities. The patience, communication skills, and discipline she developed poolside now translate perfectly into guiding clients through one of life’s biggest decisions.
Property has always been a passion. At just 20 years old, Yasmin purchased her first home and completed a full renovation, giving her first-hand experience of the challenges and rewards of transforming a property.
Away from work, Yasmin is happiest in the sunshine. Whether she’s grabbing an iced caramel frappé from a local coffee shop or out exploring with her two dogs, Frankie and Tia, she’s always making the most of the outdoors.
