Throughout his career, he has consistently established himself as the top biller in his organisations, with a background including working for London’s largest agency, where he turned down a seat on the board of Directors in order to co-create his own bespoke estate agency with an equal focus on ethical conduct and results. Aaron is passionate about driving change in what he considers to be a very dated industry that has not progressed with the times. He believes clearer communication and transparency with buyers and sellers is essential to achieve more, the right way.

James is a driven commercial professional keen to make an impact in his local postcode and introduce a more ethical approach to estate agencies. With over £200 million of revenue generated to date, James’ background experience includes the property market, leading a commercial team in a leading UK media agency, and driving partnerships for the likes of Chelsea Football Club, Team Great Britain, and the Football Association. James is passionate about revolutionising the old-fashioned estate agent industry and putting faith back into buyers and sellers with a customer-first approach.

Born and raised in Twickenham & Hampton, Jemima has a lifetime of true local experience. In just five short years, Jemima has made a tremendous impact within the local property market in both the sales & lettings markets, and it is without question that she displays levels of deal making and property experience far beyond her years. With a detailed and considered approach, Jemima prides herself on her ability to solve complex transactional issues and resolve lengthy chains, and she is perhaps most appreciated by the buying and selling public for her excellent deal management skills. We could not be prouder to have Jemima among the team; she is truly an individual that “lives and breathes” property.

Many of you may have already heard of Leah, and we certainly feel very lucky to have her. With over 20 years of corporate agency experience, and eight years of running her own successful independent estate agency, you’ll find no one more qualified to advise you. Leah has over 3,000 lettings transactions under her belt, and an abundance of word of mouth recommendations. She is a real ally to have in your corner and the epitome of customer service and experience combined.

Having won top negotiator at John D Wood at their famed Richmond office, Kate brings a wealth of West London and Richmond borough estate agency experience to the team. Following a few years of being a full-time parent and raising her family, Kate is now back in action on the property scene and we are thrilled to have her expert negotiation skills here at Devenports.

Meticulously thorough, relentlessly hardworking, and with a passion for things to simply be done perfectly, Rosie represents the best that Devenports has to offer. Through her unwavering commitment, Devenports is able to operate at huge volume whilst not accepting anything less than the highest levels of service. Having returned to the UK in late 2022 from seven years overseas in the multi-billion Norwegian energy sector, Rosie brings an incredibly diverse range of experience which greatly benefits both our clients and sales team alike.

Paolo is a creative innovator and it is a pleasure to have his skills and passion for photography on the team. Our sellers love him for always going the extra mile to ensure their properties look like they belong in boutique magazines, and consistently coming up with fresh creative ideas. Joanna, is fast establishing a firm reputation as the Richmond Boroughs ‘mortgage guru’. With an incredible depth of knowledge not just across the traditional mortgage market but in terms of bespoke landing for business owners and those with more complex methods of earning. With over £1billion raised in finance in recent years, Joanna has proved invaluable in aiding Devenports sellers and buyers in recent years whatever their needs.

Justine, truly is the epitome of an ‘all action’ estate agent. Justine, effortlessly combines an insatiable work ethic with an eloquent and genuinely caring manner, which our clients love. Drawing from a very successful two decade career in education, Justine has unrivalled personal skills and understands the value of working to both strict deadlines & processes, of which we feel is the perfect combination to operate successfully within property.

Without question Nina, is one of the leading industry talents within her field and we are truly blessed as a business to have her among our ranks, whilst heading up our sales / lettings progression department. Sales progression within the agency industry is often under resourced, understaffed and very much undertrained. Devenports have employed Nina to be the antidote to this and provided her all of the resources she requires. With this Nina has utilised her 20+ years of experience to streamline the sales process and bring our average exchange time to just 7 weeks versus an industry average over 20 weeks.
